About
Ever since I can remember I have always wanted to understand what life is all about.
Even from a very early age I was a seeker and an observer.
When I was unhappy I wanted to understand why I was unhappy.
When I couldn't have what I wanted, I wondered why I couldn't manifest it into my reality.

I knew there was more to life than what was physically happening, I knew I was creating my reality but I wasn't sure how.

Life was one long quest of looking for answers for things I couldn't understand yet there was a deeper part of myself that already knew, as we all do if we start to put our focus on that inner self that we ignore in our everyday lives.

Then when only something becomes so undesirable or uncomfortable, do we finally listen and make the adjustments that we know we need to make.

The paradox is that we think life won't support us if we listen to that inner self, but that is when life supports us the most; as we learn to trust ourselves we master it.

After all it is always there within you, because it's the reason things don't feel quite right, that is what you are comparing it too. It is your central navigation system and when you're off course you feel it!

It was such a quiet gentle awareness that inner knowing as I was growing up, that it was easy to be seduced away from it by authority figures that were looking after my well being both warranted and unwarranted, and the world in general and all it's varying agendas.

From the age of 16 I began to seriously practice yoga and meditation daily and it became a life long practice, while also exploring many other paths in the search for answers

Although it was wonderful and necessary and all added to the understanding I have today. I also started to realise that I'm always searching, with the inner dialogue being.....I'm not good enough.....I need to improve.

Overtime I had the foresight to know not to over identify with anything that I learned and to not get attached to any of it, as I realized none of it defines me and are only tools to a deeper understanding.

I don't like labels or even definitions as I know we are boundary less and ever evolving. We create our reality and choose our experiences consciously and unconsciously according to the beliefs we formed from those experiences.

I have explored many different modalities from the healing arts to many practices for personal change, but what I know affects our lives the most and is the common denominator of all, is that our perception and our beliefs create our lives, and only when you change your beliefs can you truly change your life.

So the question then is...."What is it that you want to be, do or have?"
